Michael H. Sproule focuses his practice on intellectual property (particularly licensing, trademark and copyright practice) and corporate law. His experience includes work with both traditional and new economy clients in fields such as retail, finance, software, the Internet and media. Currently, he serves as General Counsel to Alliance Technologies, LLC, a consultant to international advanced manufacturing companies. In the past, Mike was publisher for an Internet portal on banking law and worked with the American Computer Scientists Association on a proposal for introducing advanced technology into the legal field. A software programmer himself, Mike is interested in all aspects of technology and its impact on law and our society.

Mike received a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary where he was awarded a William A. R. Goodwin Memorial Fund Scholarship. Mike also received a Masters of Law in Banking Law Studies from Boston University. He is admitted to the bar in New York and Massachusetts.
